Terms and Conditions

1. Terms of Payment
Unless specified, all accepted Release Orders would strictly be under payment in Advance. In case of International advertisers all payments would be in equivalent US $, made through bank transfers on finalization of the order.

Globus Media Services, reserves the right to suspend insertions as per the estimate / release order in the event of Advertiser / Client failing to make timely payment of the bills.

All Bills overdue for 30 days and above would attract interest at the rate of 2% per month.

2. Positioning
Except as otherwise expressly provided in the Release Order, positioning of advertisements within the Allindianewspapers.com's site would be at the sole discretion of Globus Media Services.

3. Delivery Statistics
Globus Media Services., makes no guarantees with respect to delivery statistics or levels of impressions for any advertisement. Advertiser acknowledges the log file records provided by Globus Media Services, are the official, definitive measurements of Allindianewspapers.com's performance on ad impressions.

4. Renewal
Any renewal of additional advertising shall be at the sole discretion of Globus Media Services, Pricing for any renewal period is subject to change by Globus Media Services, from time to time.

5. Indemnification
Advertisements are accepted upon the representation that the Advertiser has the right to publish the contents of the advertisement without infringing the rights of any third part and without violating any law. Advertiser agrees, at his own expense, to indemnify and defend Allindianewspapers.com, and its employees against all expenses or losses that may occur in connection with any claims or criminal investigations arising out of advertisements, including any claim of trademark or copyright infringement, defamation, breach of confidentiality, privacy violation, false or deceptive advertising or sales practices.

6. Right to reject advertisement
All contents of advertisements are subject to the approval of Globus Media Services. Globus Media Services reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement, URL Link, or any other commitment, at any time, for any reason whatsoever, including belief by Globus Media Services that placement of such advertisement may subject Hindustan Times Ltd, to criminal or civil liability.

7. Cancellations
Advertisement Order cannot be cancelled by the advertiser. In case of postponement of on-going campaigns, specific request should come in writing from the client with a notice of TEN clear working days.
